What's a good easy jamaican/caribbean desert to make? *10 points*?
my girlfriend is finally moving in with me next weekend and i want to celebrate with some dinner the theme is jamaican because she's jamaican i have the starters and main meal sorted but i'm stuck on desert any one got any good recipes??

Jamaican Rum Cake
900g (2 lb) mixed dried fruit
225g (1/2 lb) glace cherries
1/2 a bottle of Sanatogen (fortified) wine
1/2 a bottle of Wray and Nephew 63% white rum
juice and grated rind of 1/2 a lemon
