Replacement oil filter for a Honda outboard engine.?

I have a 40 horse power honda engine. Marine dealers want $27.00 for an oil filter for this engine, which is ridiculous. I know of other owners of honda outboard engines who use fram filters instead. My engine is a bf40a honda, 1999 year model. I am
