Fake credit card company when calling the number on the application this guy that answers the number is always the same operator pretending to be a application center for discovery credit card
company he sends out fake discover credit card application

Are you sure the reason why he is doing this? It doesn't really make sense. It would be really lucky if the people who called him were really debtors to his collections company.
