Is my car still under warranty?

I recently bought a 2006 Chrysler Crossfire Coupe still under the original warranty. (3-Year/36K Miles). The warranty is up February of 2010. Currently only has 21K miles. Around 12k miles it was in an accident. It fell into a ditch according to an accident

Get the owners manual out and call the number in it to talk to someone about the warranty problems.
The dealer you took it to could just not want to work on it.
