What does it mean when a mechanic says "Clean radiator transmission cooler"?

Does the transmission have a cooler inside it?
Or is he saying when i get my transmission rebuilt i also have to have the radiator cleaned?
radiator flush is that what it is?
I am having the tranny rebuilt but did not know if you

On some vehicles, there is a transmission cooler built into the radiator, all one unit. But the fluids are kept separate from each other. A thorough rebuild and transmission servicing would include flushing out the trans cooler portion of the radiator
