c4 corvette two radiators?

I was looking at my corvette (1994 six speed) and it looks as if it has two radiators. Can this be true? I looked in front of the "normal" radiator and it looks like a second but smaller radiator.
Is this stock?

on your c-4 Corvette the a/c condenser is in front of the radiator, also at the bottom is a very small power steering cooler, there is no transmission cooler on a manual transmission in the c-4
