Adding more horsepower to the mix will increase the need for other areas to be improved so the braking department gets an overhaul with larger four-wheel ABS disc brakes (11.5 inch front and 11.8 inch rear rotors).  The interior gets some sprucing up to as all V6 models will come standard with new instrument cluster graphics which include a speedometer that goes to 160 mph and a tachometer that extends to 8,000 rpm.  The free reving engine will ultimately add more noise so new improved door seals and rear wheel arch liner have been added to reduce road noise. 

The 2011 Mustang V6 also gets a new Performance Package option where owners can add a slew of performance-0riented options.  The Performance Package option adds 3.31 rear gears, Mustang GT suspension, 19-inch wheels, Summer performance tires, strut tower brace and unique electronic stability control calibration with sport mode driving.

The 2011 Ford Mustang puts 305 high-performance horses in the hands of V-6 coupe buyers with a new all-aluminum dual-overhead cam (DOHC) engine that delivers a projected 30 mpg on the highway with a six-speed automatic transmission and fun for drivers on nearly every road.
