Can i put down starter fertilizer after grass seed has germinated?

i dethatched my backyard and placed seed down but i didn't use scotts starter fertilizer. The new grass has started to grow and i was wondering if i still could put the starter fertilizer down or should i wait a few weeks and place winterizer down.

When I plant grass seed, I fertilize it when I sow the seed and again after it comes up. Neither of these fertilizer applications are heavy. The whole point of fertilizing it at this stage is to get the grass established as quickly as possible. You
