How do I hook up a second car battery?

I want to add a second car battery to my trunk because I have alot of custom interior lighting and accesories that I want to be able to use while the car is off, without running my auxillary batter down. How do I wire this up?

You would wire the 2 Batterys the same way that you would boost it. Negative to negative and positive to positive.You should about 10 gage wire for this as your not drawing the starter from it.only drawing off sufficient current for the accessories.
