Replacing a fuel filter from a Lawn Tractor?

I am replacing a fuel filter for my lawn tractor
How do I go about removing it?
When i do remove it, will the fuel drain?

The clamps need to be squeezed and slid off the filter or loosened if they are worm type clamps. If the fuel tank is above the fuel filter the fuel will run out of the open line when you remove it from the filter (gravity). Two approaches to prevent this
