What are the laws for infant car seats in electric cars?

I'm specifically asking about in California, but any info would be helpful. Thanks!
They are the same for any other car. The car seat not only protects from a crash of the electric car but also if some other car hits your car.
The law is not car specific, it applies to all vehicles where a infant may be a passenger. You
