P reg Peugeot 306 Cam belt tensioner replaced - how long has car got before I should change it?

This week the cam belt tensioner had to be replaced - should I start thinking about replacing the car?

Does it still start - does it still run OK - does it pass it's MOT's

If so, then it has plenty of life in it.
