Engine parts for a 1994 cadillac Fleetwood Brougham with a 5.7 liter LT1?
I am close to purchasing a 1994 fleetwood Brougham with a LT-1 V8. I was wondering if I could use parts meant for LT-1's found in the Trans Am, Camaro, or Corvette. There is a much wider selection of parts available for these cars compared to the Cadillac.
Yes, there are a few minor differences here and there, but generally, the LT1 parts will be interchangable. Stay away from electronics, and look carefully at belts as some of the cars have the accessories mounted in different locations on the engine.
