Unable to get the older cartridge out of the Kitchen Aid Refrigerator. I turned off the ice maker. Please help
I am trying to change the water filter in the Kitchenaid two door fridge. I am not able to get the old cartridge out. I turned off the icemaker as per instructions and tried to turn the cartridge anti-clockwise, but it does not move or turn.
On ours we also have to turn off the water supply to the filter in order to remove it. That being said, we had one that was still difficult to remove and we had to spray it with WD-40 to get it off.
