An old wooden pulley with a rope draped over an antque keg.
A couple of weeks back, Brenda and I got a chance to sail onboard the Lady Washington, a reproduction of an 18th Century sailing ship. This pulley in the rigging, with it's contrast between the smooth wood and rugged rope, caught my eye.
