Can conventional engine oil last 7K (7 months)?
I have a car in which the manual says to change the engine oil and filter every 7.5K (7.5 month) under "normal driving". It does not specify if this interval is with synthetic or conventional oil. I am using pennzoil high mileage conventional
With the newer vehicles being produced you can run conventional oil with no problems but I would change it out at every 5000 mile and not 7500 miles.
