I want to install an inline transmission filter in a 2000 f350 PSD, one is high on tranny and one is low, help

I look at the tranny and one return line is high on the tranny and the other return line is low, need to know which is sending and which is return, any help is great, thanks!!!!!!!!!!!

The 2000 f350 should be equipped with a 4r100 transmission. On that model, the return line is connected at the rear of the trans case. The fluid flows out from the line that connects at the front of the case near the front pump.
