Who received offer for Discover's 0% for life on balance transfers?

I have had credit for 10 years and never got one. I have several cards with over $10k limit but they have never sent me this offer. What FICO score do u need to get one?

I did, but the offer does have some conditions. For instance you must qualify by making at least 3 purchases per month on the card. Then, of course they will put any payments toward the 0% portion of balance first. So if you do not pay off entire balance,
