What is a roofer's belt vs. a carpenter's belt?

Hi. My dad asked me to get him a new tool belt for Christmas. He said to make sure it was a roofing tool belt and not a carpenter's belt/pouch. What is the difference? I can't really find anything that specifically said it was a roofing belt. Anyone
