Where is the starter relay located on my 1991 toyota corolls automatic?

the silver starter relay, I lost the owners manual and the crappy service manual I have doesn't say. Anyone know?
no click, no turn?
all i can say is check the boxes next to the bat?
other than the sol on the starter, should be a main relay behind the driver kick panel. maybe listen to hear the injectors click while trying to start. if they don't could
