Is there a flaw with RiteTemp thermostats?
I recently had a Rite Temp thermostat installed and for some reason no matter how high I set the temp, it returns to 62 degrees!! I cant count the times I have come home to a freezing house with my dogs hurled next to the vents.

Is it programmed correctly, or at all?
A programmable t-stat will typically accept a temporary increase, but will revert back to the programmed settings. If this temp is programmed in at 62, then... well it would be doing exactly as expected.
