My 99' Jeep Grand Cherokee Thermostat keeps going up and down. Any Help?

Hello. I have a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee and everytime I drive my tempature thermostat keeps going up and down. Maybe I need a new one? I'm not sure. I just had my radiator replaced and now i see coolant leaking under the car. I didn't change the thermostat

Sounds like either the thermostat is sticking, or the radiator is low on fluid. You said you can see where it is leaking, that is where I would start. Bring it back to the place that installed the radiator.
