Have heatline C24 boiler problem?

I have an extended warranty on my C24 Heatline boiler. I have had 4 call outs as the there is no hot water and the last call out engineer said I need a Power Flush and it will cost £500, I have since then found out that a power flush is to do with the

It does not sound like a power flush will fix it. It is probably more of a problem with the thermostat, flow sensor, or the temperature sensor. For a troubleshooting guide, check out my source.
