What is the effect of brake pads meant for ceramic rims on alloy bicycle rims?

I have a set of Fibrax V-Brake Pads meant for ceramic rims but do not know how the brake pads will effect my alloy rims when braking
The pads are made of a harder material.
They will not allow effective braking on your rims.
