Please recommend good or warn about a bad infant care provider in San Diego, CA?

I am a single mom looking for a center or nanny to care full time (40 hour week) for my 3 month son, any tips on finding him care are appreciated. If you know sites or names of providers for San Diego, CA please help me out.
