Radiator system flush with pre mixed antifreeze and transmission flush?

I got an estimate on these two jobs..the breakdown is radiator system is 6.00 pre mix coolant gallon
labor 47.00
TLF108P ever wear power radiator 14.99
flush and stop totalling 79.99
the other job consists of this
transmission

if your car only has around 70 thousand on it it doesn't need to be done,someones trying to take advantage of you,and its not critical you have this done,you don't need to worry about the cost of it because i can tell you at 70 k it wont need it, i own
