Just moved in new home. Have a luxpro thermostat and I can get the heat to come on but I can not get the temp?

to move up??? It has an arrow down button and an arrow up button. Neither of which will move the heat degree and it is blowing 65 degree air-It's cold in here!!!!
Does anyone know how to operate the heat??

I'll guess you have a heat pump that's not pumping any heat.There could be many reasons. The T-stat may not be wired correctly,or low refrigerant charge are just a few. Switch to Em.-Heat and have the system checked.
